The best thing that we did...

Prior to building our new home, we had already designed a townhome with the same building company we were building our home with. Having done that once, we identified certain pain points in the process and were seeking a solution to solve those issues. We were hoping Maple & White would maintain detailed records of our selections (and keep samples when necessary) in order to help throughout the process of making all of our selections with various providers across the Michiana area. We were also hoping that by working with Maple & White, the end product would be a house that looked like it was meant to go together -- we did not want to go from one room to another and feel like we were constantly walking into a different house. Lastly, we also had a lot going on in our family's life and could not guarantee that we would always be available to meet with everyone necessary to make all the selections for our house to keep it on time, so we needed a partner in that process.

Finding Maple & White as partners in our building process was the best thing that we did. When we couldn't make it to an appointment, they would work to go on our behalf, taking pictures of possible selections and making time to come by our house with samples to review together. They also always kept in mind our vision for the home and worked tirelessly to stick to that vision (and when possible stick to the budget we had outlined).

At the end of the building process, we then decided that we really needed help selecting our furniture to be sure that the selections we chose to complete our house would be complemented by our furniture. As soon as we committed to the rooms we wanted to outfit with furniture, Maple & White were quick to send over digital idea boards with multiple furniture possibilities across multiple price ranges. They would then schedule time to meet with us and discuss the furniture (and provide fabric samples) so we could work with them to make the best selections in terms of look, functionality, and price.

Working with Maple & White was a stress-free building experience that resulted in a home that we love each and every day. This review, while lengthy, does not do justice to the incredible work of Becky and Caroline. We cannot recommend working with Maple & White more strongly. If we ever redesign any aspect of our home (or build again), Maple & White will be our first call!

A dream to work with

The team at Maple & White was a dream to work with. The designers are both organized and creative, with the rare ability to be both efficient and innovative. A design that flows seamlessly from one room to the next...

We were fortunate to have Becky and Caroline to guide us through a recent design project, and we couldn't be happier with the results.

We purchased a condominium in a perfect location near extended family, but far from South Bend. As we went through the process of renovating and updating the property, we realized that we needed expert design help. With no idea where to begin in terms of selecting a designer in the new location, we called on Becky and Caroline to do the impossible--to select colors, fixtures, and furniture for a space they had never seen in person.
