The collaboration was seamless. I always felt like the team understood not just what we liked stylistically, but how we wanted to feel in each room. That kind of intuition is rare. I really enjoyed seeing how the materials and furniture came together. It felt like every decision, whether it was tile, lighting, or upholstery, was part of a bigger story. The Maple & White team also wove in meaningful details—like fleur-de-lis wallpaper, featured on Saint Mary’s College’s official seal, in the powder room, and a bespoke Guinness bar near the great room, paying homage to the university’s rich Irish heritage and the stout often enjoyed by Notre Dame fans.
